This Soy powder by Life Extension really is not worth the buy (in my opinion). Some people may think differently, but it only has 6 grams of protein per serving. It does not taste bad at all, but you can definitely taste the protein in it, which is surprising due to the little amount that it contains. I guess it may be good for adding to your regular protein shakes so that you get an increased time for protein synthesis, but I would much rather just buy an extended release protein for that.
