Had trouble getting past 180lbs. Started taking 4 scoops per day, then 8 scoops per day. Eventually made it up to 195lbs in about 4 weeks. Very happy with those results. A big portion of the weight gain is muscle too (working out twice per day)...but I know some is fat too. I took it in the morning, pre-workout, post workout and then before bed. If you take only 2 scoops every few hours, you can mix it up in a blender bottle. More than that, you will need a blender. Tastes really good though. Would recommend to anyone looking to put on more weight.
Great Quality, Expensive
Okay, this is an absolutely very good product. It has great ingredients and good nutrition facts for a mass gainer product. However, I would really recommend staying away from it. Not because it isn't good, but because it isn't essential. I do not recommend any mass gainer products because I believe you can gain muscle by food.
Good weight gainer
If you are looking to put on weight, this is the product for you. This product has a really good profile, and I like how the amounts of each ingredient are fully disclosed. So far I only brought the serving packets, but the taste is really good and it has the perfect sweetness. I take 2 scoops twice a day. 2 scoops in the day and 2 post workout. Underrated supplement
Quickmass for a Hardgainer
I currently take Allmax Isoflex and added this to my daily supplements as I am trying gain some weight. Love the stuff. Same taste I get from Isoflex, which is awesome. It has a lot of calories, which is what I am looking for...as I don't have enough time to cook meals all day. Would recommend to anyone looking to gain weight and actually wants to enjoy drinking it.
