Real Carbs is made from real whole foods using slow digesting low glycemic carb sources like sweet potatos, oats, yams, and blueberry fruit powder. This allowed 5% Nutrition to pack in 22 grams of carbs per serving with only 2 grams of sugar.
Mix 1 scoop with 10-12oz. cold water. As part of a busy lifestyle, Real Carbs can be consumed 1-3 times per day. On training days use it pre-workout and as part of your post workout shake.
