Directions & Dosage

This is a great and well balanced product, very powerful which I drink only 1 scoop a day to curb my appetite because I don’t want to overeat at ny job and it works great. On workout days I take only 2 scoops before or after, they recommend 2 scoops 3X a day and workout regularly which I’m not able to do, doing at it says I can’t imagine what this can do! Is an amazing product which I recommend

Overall, this is a very good product, but I will not use it again and probably wouldn't recommend it to people. The reason I say that is because I don't think mass gainers are honestly that needed. However, of all the mass gainers I have seen, this is one of the best. It has a few really good ingredients and has good nutrition info.

It provides me with complex carbs for the energy I need for my training session, and the whey protein that helps build mass after each session. Mass Gainz even provides some good quality fats to aid in body fat loss. I take this first thing in the morning, so I'm ready for the days training. I believe that Mass Gainz is exactly what I need to help me achieve my short and long tern goals in the gym.
When iForce posted the ingredient profile for this gainer and I saw that it only contained 6 ingredients, Oats, Whey Concentrate, Whey Isolate, Oat Fiber, Medium Chain Triglycerides, and Quinoa and they posted a logging opportunity I put up an app right away because it was at a perfect time when I was coming back from a three week injury layoff and I was definitely looking to take in some extra calories and with this ingredient profile I wanted to see how well this gainer would perform when I used it in some healthy protein recipes in the kitchen. Overall, it tasted phenomenal, had a great texture when mixed, it had awesome ingredients, and it's easy to bake with. Definitely a 10/10 in my books. I'd highly recommend it.
Tried other protein powders and I like the fact that Mass Gainz uses oats and quinoa. I mix it with 20oz. low fat milk and it taste great and dissolves quickly. The ten pound bag is very convenient.
I have the vanilla flavor of Mass Gainz and I normally am not a huge vanilla fan but this stuff tastes amazing! It mixes pretty well in milk and perfectly in water, but the taste in milk is far superior. The only carbs are oats and quinoa with some healthy MCTs added in for fat content. The profile of this gainer is second to none and is also a great mrp for year round regardless of your goals because it is very filling.
