Good Creatine

This product is simple and cheap but it gets the job done. This is just your basic creatine monohydrate, but that is really all you need from a creatine product. If you're looking for a creatine product, this one does a great job plus it is reasonably cheap. It may seem like it is not effective because of the price but I assure you it is extremely effective for size and strength gains. My experiences with creatine monohydrate have always been good. I've always achieved my goals while taking it, whether that be size and/or strength gains.

Works fine.

Works just like the other brands. I am starting to believe that all the companies that are selling generic creatine monohydrate are getting it from the same supplier. I do not think that this is Creapure creatine nut none the less it still works fine. The cost is cook very affordable. Proven to give results and a staple in my supplement stack. I would highly recommend this to any real weight lifter looking to maximize their results.

Honest

Creatine is probably the best researched bodybuilding supplement that there is, and Monohydrate is the cheapest form. No other form has enough evidence to claim it is better than Monohydrate, so don't waste your money. MRM is an honest brand, which is evident by their claim that you do not need to load (which is true of all types of Creatine). It can be used as diagnosis to see if you 'respond' to creatine or to get slightly quicker benefits but in the long run loading is not a requirement of creatine supplementation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this, especially in this smaller size if you are unsure of the benefits you might receive from it.
