This one is a straightforward but effective pre-workout packing ingredients for energy, pumps, and the focus. In addition to energy to help you power through workouts, the pumps from Rumble are insane lasting up to 6 hours!
Crow Nutrition's Rumble Pre-Workout contains 200mg of caffeine, 100mg from Caffeine Anhydrous and 100mg from Infinergy Branded DiCaffeine Malate.
Begin by taking a 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance. Mix 1 scoop in 12-16 ounces of water and consume 5-10 minutes prior to working out.
