Solid energy without being overpowering, good clean formula, good taste, I'm a fan!

This was the first pre-workout I've ever taken and while I've tried other Pre-Workouts, I'm still taking Total War to this day. 

I don't take Total War everyday, I try to reserve it for days I'm feeling lazy or don't want to go to the gym, but this is a great boost on days I'm feeling sluggish. Just the right amount of energy without being too much. I'm not a huge fan of beta alanine so the tingles bothered me at first but you get used to it and Beta Alanine is great for endurance and long workout sessions. Even if you hate the tingles try to power through you will get used to them and beta alanine is a must have ingredient for resistance training.

What Can I Stack With Total War?

While Total War is a well rounded pre-workout that by itself provides a nice pump, if you're looking for even more muscle fullness stack Total War with Redcon1 Big Noise. 

Does Total War Contain DMAA or DMHA? 

No, Total War does not contain DMHA or DMAA in the formula.

How Much Caffeine is in Total War

Redcon1 Total War contains a total of 350mg from caffeine. This 350mg of caffeine is a combination of 250mg of Caffeine Anhydrous and 100mg of Di-Caffeine Malate.

What Dose of Citrulline is Required for a Good Pump?

A clinical dose of citrulline malate is 4 grams, however Total War contains 6 grams of citrulline malate to provide full muscles and a nice long lasting pump. 

Is Total War Pre Workout For Resistance Training or Cardio?

Total War will give a great boost to anyone workout whether it be resistance training and weight lifting or cardio. 

Should I Cycle Off and Take a Break From This Pre-Workout?

Yes, with pretty much any supplement your body will develop a tolerance to it after being used for a period of time. To avoid this take 4 weeks off of Total War and other stimulant based supplements every 12 weeks you're on them. 

What's the Best Flavor of Total War?

That's a tough question to answer and is somewhat subjective. If you like Candy Flavors then Sour Gummy Bear or Rainbow Candy are tasty. If you like fruity flavors Strawberry Mango is a great option, and if you like something unique and outside the box give Moscow Mule or Fireball a try!

Directions

For first timers or stimulant sensitive users begin with 1/2 scoop to first assess tolerance. After assessing tolerance take 1 scoop mixed into 4-6 ounces of water and shaken.
