MAN Scorch 168 Caps Directions
Use as a dietary supplement by taking three capsules twice a day on an empty stomach. For best results capsules should be taken first thing in the morning or in the afternoon. Each dose should be taken with at least a four-hour gap in between.

MAN Scorch 168 Caps Side Effects and Warning
You should not take these capsules after 4 PM as it could cause sleep problems. If you are sensitive to stimulants you might want to start with 1-2 capsules up to twice a day to check your tolerance level. You should not use for more than two months straight. At that point, take two weeks off and begin again if you wish.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are under 18. Avoid use if you are elderly, pregnant, or nursing. Additionally, if you have high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, or are taking certain medications (anti-depressants and MAO inhibitors) you should not take this product. Do not mix with alcohol.
