pretty decent

This supplement by childlife is a great supplement especially for a child. The reason why I only rated it four stars is because it really does not contain a huge does of omega-3 fatty acids. For a kid, it is just the right amount. However, this is a safe supplement for adults as well, and it really does not have enough of each ingredient for adults. With that being said, this is mainly for children so I would recommend this to most people and kids under 12.
