Excellent

Turmeric is a very useful supplement. It is anti-inflammatory and helps to relieve muscle and joint pain as well as migraine headaches. If taken regularly, it lowers the risk of getting some types of cancer.

Very useful herb

Curcumin is a digestive aid and its anti-inflammatory action helps to reduce headache pain and musculoskeletal pain. There is some evidence that curcumin lowers the risk of dementia when consumed regularly.
