To use IntraFast for intermittent fasting it's intended to be mixed with a FULL SHAKER of water and sipped on throughout the day or over the course of a couple hours. This product can also double as a pre-workout supplement if you want to use it as such. To do so mix with water and drink the whole thing down in water sitting 20-30 minutes prior to working out.
