inexpensive and good

This is a decent supplement. I would not say that there is enough evidence to say that all the claims on that label are true, because I do not really think lysine works that well to help gain muscle. However, one thing that it does help with is inflammation. Inflammation can be a big problem, especially if you are weight lifting hard. If your joints or tendons are inflamed, there can be big problems. This product can help with that, which is definitely great.
