Great Psyllium Husks
They keep things moving nicely
Now Psyllium Husks great product
I have been using this product for years as part of my strategy to lower my cholesterol naturally which I successfully accomplished. I was purchasing it from Trader Joe's in my area which have shut down recently due to the Corona-virus situation. I found these on line which were the same price as TJ's but was 16 oz instead of 12 oz so I ordered 4 of them. I received 1lb plastic bags by surprise but not a problem. I just reuse the containers I have from TJ's.
