Sleep is key

I cracked open the cherry one (also bought watermelon) and first off the flavor is great! I have always had issues getting quality sleep, whether it’s 4 hours or 8 hours, I’m still exhausted in the morning. Adding this product, I have gotten deep quality rest and recovery, and feel refreshed even on nights of only 3 hours of sleep!! Phenibut is amazing because it supports relaxation and calming so well, and helps get quality rest.

Good stuff

For sure it is making me sleep good and deep. But my schedule is often crazy and I only have time for 4-5 hours of sleep. On those days, I feel a bit dizzy when I wake up (a little bit like vertigo). Because of this, I think you need at least 7-8 hours for this supplement to work and wear off. The days I tried it on a full 8 hours it worked great.

Helps With Mood, Too

This product took some getting used to, but I like it. I am five feet tall and 110 pounds, so when I say ���getting used to,�۝ I mean I had to find the dose size that works for me. A full scoop was too powerful and left me very sleepy the next day. I now take 3/4 of a scoop. I began taking it because I kept waking up at night and staying awake for hours. This fixed that. I still wake up a few times a night, but I can go right back to sleep. It doesn't knock me out, but helps me fall asleep at night and go back to sleep as needed. I took this while training for a bodybuilding competition but ended up staying on it. I find it helps with my mood. I did go off of it for a while and got depressed. I am not sure there is a connection there. But I showed it to my doctor and he said to stay on it and that there are ingredients in it that help with depression. It doesn't taste great and even at a reduced dose, I still have some sleepiness throughout the day the next day, that's why I only gave it four stars. A smaller dose won't help me sleep so it's a tradeoff. It's the best natural sleep aid I've found. It's effective and does not give me weird dreams like melatonin does.

Love this stuff

I've used other sleep aids and REM 8.0 is the best. Great flavor, quick to fall asleep and very restful night. No grogginess next day. My order was delivered quickly. Will definitely use Best Price Nutrition again .

Fast to sleep...

30 minutes before I am ready for bed, I take REM 8 and I'm out. Stuff works quick. Feel refreshed in the morning. Not tired at all. Just works as it is supposed to.
