Dymatize Elite Casein 4 Lbs
Dymatize Elite Casein Protein promotes rapid recovery as well as supplementing your diet with the necessary amount of protein. When your body is at rest it repairs broken down tissues, allocating most of the body's energy during sleep. When the body repairs broken down tissuessuch as muscle it needs the appropriate amount of nutrients and in this case protein to rebuild the muscle fascia and tissues. When supplementing your diet with Dymatize Elite Casein you will notice that your muscles will recover faster, stonger, and looking more full and defined.
Elite Casein is a protein supplement that can be mixed with water or milk. It is designed to be taken either before bedtime or first thing in the morning. The reason for this is that Elite Casein is a protein blend that is slowly dissolved into the body.
Dymaitize Elite Casein Directions:
Mix 1 heaping scoop with 10-12 ounces of water, milk or other liquid. Consume Dymatize Elite Casein Protein first thing in the morning, and immediately before bed, in place of or in addition to small meals, and/or any other time when delayed protein absorption is desired.
Dymatize Elite Casein Benefits:
Dymatize Elite Casein helps keep your muscles supplied with a steady stream of amino acids, the building blocks of muscle. This helps avoid the catabolic state of muscle protein breakdown that begins to happen when your muscles are deprived of the right nutrients.
Each serving of Elite Casein also contains 10 grams of BCAA, Glutamine, and Glutamine Precursors.
Casein is a unique protein derived from milk that breaks down slowly in your digestive system, keeping you fuller longer and providing a sustained release of muscle-building amino acids.

Cookies & Cream review by Mike on 6/28/2015
This review pertains to the Cookies & Cream flavour.
I am keen to try the other flavours, as the consistency of this was spot on, but the flavour is not a winner. I won't be buying it again.
As far as C&C proteins go, it is middle of the road at best. It is not the worst tasting protein there is, not by a long shot, nor is it the best (or even the best flavour of the Dymatize range).
The protein itself is exactly what you want from a Casein. Mix it 1 scoop to 1.5 scoops of liquid (water, milk, cream, egg whites, whatever) and it will form a nice, smooth consistency pudding.
The flavour though is only cookies because of these little bits of dirt that are in it (not really dirt, but not cookie bits). The rest does taste creamy, but not amazing.
C&C is notoriously hit and miss, but this one, while safe, offers me no reason to come back for more.*DISCLAIMER. Individual results may vary.
Good stuff. review by Bubba on 5/31/2015
Good stuff. A great option when it comes to casein proteins. The peanut butter chocolate taste amazing, its quite sweet though so keep that in mind. Dymatize elite casein mixed very well with good consistency. Very thick as usual for casein so really satiating for nite time use before bed. Macros are not bad at all either only a few grams of fat and carbs each. I really like this protein for long stretches during the day also. Would recommend to a friend or family.*DISCLAIMER. Treat for when you are on a cut review by Michael on 3/2/2015
I love casein powders because if you mix in about a 1:1 ratio of water to powder you get a really nice pudding. But for some reason Dymatize doesn't work quite as well as ON. Though the vanilla flavour is quite a bit nicer in my opinion, you might just need to adjust liquid. I don't bother much with WPI, or even WPC because I don't enjoy drinking shakes, but having your protein in a pudding is pretty awesome.*DISCLAIMER. Individual results may vary.

Perfect for pudding review by Michael on 11/9/2014
Casein protein mixes really thick, making it ideal for thick shakes or making pudding out of. Dymatize's Cookies and Cream flavour is really average though, so stick to the other flavours.
My recommendation for making it a pudding:
On a cut:
- 1 scoop of Casein
- 1.5 scoop of water
On a bulk:
- 1 scoop of Casein
- 0.5 scoop of heavy cream
- 1 scoop of water
Thank me later.
Recommended.*DISCLAIMER. Individual results may vary.
Awesome Product review by Alex on 8/10/2014
This protein sits very heavy in the stomach. The cinnamon bun flavor is very sweet. It mixes well with a small amount of grit. I had to dilute it with a large amount of water. This protein will serve well as a meal replacement or night time supplement. I also used it in baking a POV cake and pancakes and they turned out amazing! They tasted awesome! I'd definitely recommend this product!!*DISCLAIMER. Individual results may vary.
My favorite protein powder review by Michael on 7/15/2014
Casein protein power is a MUST HAVE for bodybuilding enthusiast! Whether I'm bulking or cutting this product has come in handy. Just last night it was after 9pm and I was super hunger. I'm in a cutting phase right now so my options were very limited but there was no way I was going to sleep hungry. Grabbed a glass of water, mixed in 2 scoops and BAM! 48g of slow digesting protein with minimal carbs. The Cinnamon bun flavor is the one I have and the one I will continue to buy. You don't even need a blender ball cup or anything to get the protein to dissolve in liquid either, a spoon will do just fine.*DISCLAIMER. Individual results may vary.
Good quality casein based protein at a fair price that doesn't make you gag. review by KDD on 3/31/2014
This is a good quality protein powder. It's called Elite Casein but I really do question how much of the content is actually 100% micellar casein. Based on how the product mixes and tastes, I would wager that there's a hefty amount of milk protein concentrate, which is not bad, but it's just not 100% micellar casein. This is still a good product though that tastes excellent and mixes well. There's no added amino fillers so the label claims I do trust. If you're looking for a pure 100% casein product though, ON is probably still your best bet, for a good casein + milk protein blend, this is an excellent option.*DISCLAIMER.
