MHP Adds Energy to Their EAA Strong Amino Supplement
One of the most popular categories in the supplement industry are BCAA or Amino Formulas with caffeine added. Some popular caffeinated aminos on the market include Optimum Nutrition's Hugely Popular Amino Energy, as well as Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Off The Chain, and more. This type of supplement is incredibly versatile in that it can be used as a pre workout for those who are stim sensitive, others use it as a post workout for muscle recovery and a little pick me up, and some just sip on these formulas throughout the day as an alternative to coffee, energy drinks, or soft drinks.
Well MHP just announed they're taking their popular EA Strong Amino Formula which contains 7 grams of all 9 EAAs and creating a spin-off called EAA Strong + Energy. This all new spinoff will include 175mg of caffeine anhydrous, yerba mate, guarana, and green tea extract. Now the stimulants in EAA Strong + Energy are a proprietary blend so while we don't know the exact ratio of those ingredients, it does appear it will pack a bit more of a punch than something like Amino Energy which has round 100mg of caffeine per serving with no other stimulants.
