Molecular Nutrition X-Factor Advanced 100 Softgels
Arachidonic acid is an Omega-6 essential fatty acid. It is stored in muscle cells, and released when the muscles are stimulated from intense exercise or resistance training. It acts as a core regulator of muscle protein synthesis, and is responsible for increasing cellular sensitivity to primary probolic hormones such as testosterone. Because of its central role in the process of muscle growth, arachidonic acid is the single most effective probolic nutrient available for supplementation, capable of supporting significantly faster and more profound increases in muscle size, strength, and lipolysis (fat loss).
X-Factor Advanced should be taken when you are looking to increase muscle as it supports anabolism (growth). If you take 2 or more softgels per day we recommend cycling (see Directions for Use).
This product is aimed at those who want to increase strength and lean muscle mass. X-Factor Advanced provides significant gains in these areas without the need for prohormones.
Directions & Dosage
Take up to 4 servings daily with meals. If using 2 or more softgels, we recommend a cycle of 50 days on, 50 days off. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing, or have any history of diabetes, asthma, high bloodpressure, high cholesterol, arthritis, heart disease, stroke, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, cancer, prostate enlargement, gastrointestinal surgery, or any inflammatory disease. Simply being a revamped version of the original X Factor this stuff works wonders. The original version was extremely effective yet had a few side effects. Although tolerable they would put a whooping on your joints and connective tissues. Even on a bad day it may cause a oh so faint headache for some reason or another. The new X Factor advanced has been formulated to eliminate or reduce these symptoms. I believe they did a good job counteracting those issues but not completely. i would say the biggest difference was the joint soreness. X-Factor is kind of pricey and the smell is terrible even thought its in pill form. I gained roughly 3-4 pounds of lean muscle during this cycle. I also increased strength. This is a pretty good product, but is kind of pricey.*DISCLAIMER. Individual results may vary.

Here is an excerpt from a review I made after using it for the first time earlier in the year, now on my 2nd (extended) run (stacked with AnaBeta)...When one happens upon XF/XFA and sees that the main ingredient is Arachidonic acid, a key regulatory omega-6 essential fatty acid, ‘muscle building’ doesn’t immediately come to mind. After having completed 50 days of using it and experiencing the most of the day-long muscle hardness and dense workout pumps (4-5 dosed 30-45 min preWO) and the leaning effect it has given, I would recommend and use XFA over any of the test boosters I’ve used to date. It’s been my experience that XFA has given (me) the results that the test boosters promised, but have failed. I mostly ran a volume type workout using supersets & dropsets, with heavier, lower rep workouts sprinkled in, strength isn’t all that much of a priority to me, but felt and feel strong when going heavier, which I’m transitioning into now for a little while. Diet wise, I pulled back on the carbs some more so at night time and none after 8pm, limited sweets/desserts during the week (from a little to none) but not as much on Fri/Sat, and just overall didn’t count cals. I even upped them the last 2 weeks of this run, by adding in some fruit and extra ½ cup oats (total 1.5 cups + banana + scoop protein + ½-3/4 cup raisin bran) with postWO meal, 3 whole eggs and a cup of yogurt for an afternoon snack and ½ to ¾ cup of raw coconut before bed. I have been leaning out all over to an extent but esp noticeable is upper Abs and the start of the serratus anterior area, I’ve been noticing these tending to ‘pop’ out more now when doing Kenpo/core work but at the same time having a fuller/larger upper body. I stepped on the scale this morning, day 50, and it read 171. I started at 173. Not the direction I was wanting to go weight wise, but I’ll take it and just be more mindful next XFA run and see how much further I can take calories before they spill over.*DISCLAIMER. I have waited 2 weeks after the cycle to get a more accurate feel for how my workouts are without X-Factor now. I believe this helps to givea more accurate review.
Training Routine during my 60 Day Cycle with XFA was 5 Days a week. I trained each body area once and was mostly doing a 6,8,10,12 Rep scheme per exercise.
My dosing during the cycle was 5 Pre-Workout and 1 on Off days for the first 4 weeks or so. During the last 2 weeks I did 4 Pre-Workout and 2 on Off days.
The most noticeable after the initial first week or so was a very large increase in strength and muscle fullness. This lasted throughout the entire cycle and really helped me quite a few new PR's. I will be listing some of them later in the review.
Another noticeable key was that it gave me was good pumps in the gym. Alot of people are not using N.O. products while using XFA due to it also doing the job in this area.
Last but not least was that I felt there was some good muscle growth in almost my entire body.
For the first 2 weeks or so I noticed an increase in muscle soreness. This dissipated after that and was like it would normally be. I also noticed a light increase in headaches which is one of the side-effects it can have.
The most negative part of it all is now that it has been about 2 weeks or so alot of my gains are gone. I almost feel deflated. I know this is not in my head cause shirts which were tight before no longer are as much in certain areas. Also the muscle fullness is no longer noticeable. It's a little disheartening because I felt great while using XFA and it seriously is hands down the best product I've ever used for Strength/Muscle gains but if you lose the majority after-wards it just feels like a waste for just a few weeks of success in a way...*DISCLAIMER. X-Factor Makes Your Sore review by Mike on 1/4/2011
I am about 3 weeks in. This stuff makes you really sore. Must be the X-Factor. It says to take it 50 days, so I am only about 20 days in. I am stacking it with Test Factor.
