i got a sample of this with my last order. The first time I try a preworkout I tend to get a major response. It is usually only the second of third time that I can tell whether it is good or not. Not so with this very honest preworkout. It sucked the very first time I had it!
It isn't a stim based preworkout, or if it is it is worse than I thought. Nor is it a pump based pre, I assume. Because I got neither of these things (any more than usual). All I got was a bit of sweetness before my workout. I didn't lift more than usual, I didn't have focus, to be fair I didn't have the jitters if any negative side effects either, but that may be reflective of how I got nothing at all.
I wouldn't recommend this. At. All.
