I for some reason have a hard time getting my fiber in during the day so I bought this fitness fiber and it has helped me out tons. A few times during the day I take a scoop and by the end of the day my overall fiber content in where it needs to be.
Not big fan review by Chris on 8/17/2014
I am not a big fan of this product. I've been using this for a few months and I'm not a big fan. This product is hard to mix and only mixes well in hot water. The only good part is for the price for 20 serving, it is amazing. It lasted me a good month and half.
