This is a great product

Allmax Micellar Casein is a great product and easy to use. I would mix mine in apple juice right before bed. I noticed that when taking this product I slept better and woke up well rested. I began taking this product at a point when I was not sleeping well due to stress. I am not saying that this product was the only reason I began sleeping better but I do believe it helped greatly. The only draw back to this product is it does not dissolve very well. while you drink it you either need to down the whole glass quickly or keep string it.

An excellent product.

Usually, i take this Micellar Casein just before I go to sleep. It breaks down slowly and stops my body from cannibalizing itself while helping my body repair and rebuild itself. This product also helps me to wake up in the morning without a low blood-sugar condition. An excellent product.
