Withania Somnifera, better known as Ashwagandha is a supplement which has been used for hundreds of years in Ayurvedic Medicine, but one which is just now quickly gaining popularity here in the states with most supplement and sports nutrition brands rolling out their own versions of Ashwagandha. Take 1 tablet daily with 6-8 ounces of water.
