This is pretty good, but this supplement is not really something that most people need to be taking. If you want the little extra recovery that this provides, then go for it. However, most people will not really see much benefit from taking this. It does also help to increase fat loss by upping your metabolic rate while you are lifting. It will not provide a huge increase in fat loss, but it will be a difference that is pretty good. You will probably be able to tell a difference.
