good but messy
This is a good product to use. In order to boost your immune system, sometimes you need to go above and beyond with your nutrition. Sometimes whole food is not really enough to keep you healthy. What I like to do is use vitamin c and other immune boosting antioxidants like this red palm oil to keep me healthy and in the gym. This is good for your overall health but can be a bit messy if you are not careful.
Product very messy
Bio Nutrition Red Palm Tree Oil is pretty messy. There is yellow specks of sediment suspended in the oil and oil spreads every where. The smell is so bad. I cannot imagine how I could put this in a shake or in my cooking, baking, or anything else I would use. This product would have been better if it has no smell. I wouldn't really recommend this product. The price is also pricey for what you get.
Red Palm Oil is a super healthy product. I use this in making couscous, flavor rice and more. The flavor is kinda strong, so you have to mask it by using heavy seasoning. If you eat oil spoon full, it is very not pleasant. Def a good product.
