This Chef Jay's protein bar is a bar that is pretty similar to your average protein bar. It has about 400 calories, so it is definitely not for those that are on a cutting plan or anything like that. However, if you bulk pretty much year around like I do then you will enjoy the extra calories that these bars have to offer. The taste is about average and the ingredients are average as well. I would say that this bar is worth it if you want to try something new, but it is not the best.
This Tri-O-Plex is not a bad bar. It is definitely used best for bulking because it has over 400 calories. It also has lots of carbs and 30 grams of protein. I would like to see more protein, but it's not bad. The taste is very good which is a plus. The negative is it has 17 grams of sugar, but that's not a terrible thing if you're aren't really controlling sugar intake.
This is a high protein, low fat nutrition bar without any artificial sweeteners. I like the texture of the Tri-O-Plex bars. My favourite flavours are Banana Walnut and Caramel Apple flavors are among the best. Recommend this bar to anyone who wants a high protein bar.
The taste of this bar is ok. But the good part is Tri-O-Plex does not contain any artificial sweeteners. This is a high protein, low fat nutrition bar. I eat it during snacks and craves my sweet tooth. The texture is also very good. Very good product.
