What is a GDA?
A GDA or glucose disposal agent has the purpose of helping the body break down carbs from the diet and stores them in the form of muscle glycogen instead of fat.
Take 1 capsule after meals containing carbs. For enhanced recovery take 1 capsule with post workout carbs. For advanced control, take 1 capsule after each large meal as well as at bedtime.
