    does not help much

This supplement is not going to help your knees or any other joint like it claims too. There is really no evidence that any sort of joint supplement like Glucosamine and MSM can help your joints when taken ******. So, this supplement will help your joints just about as much as any other joint supplement on the market today, which is not much. The only thing that can really help joints is Omega-3 fatty acids, because they reduce inflammation and can really help with pain.
