This is one of those sleep supplements that you think will not really work. And if you think it will not work, then it might not because a persons mind is pretty powerful. However, if you really believe it could work then it will. Even with that being said, I do think that taking just straight melatonin would work the best. This contains some great ingredients backed by science and is pretty cheap, so if you have been taking melatonin and built up an immunity this would be great.
