St. John's Wort is a flowering shrub native to Europe. The leaves and flowers of this plant contain ingredients like hyperforin and is used in teas, tablets and other preparations as a dietary supplement. St. John's Wort is often used by those suffering from depression and/or menopause.
St. John's Wort is an herbal supplement which has been used for hundreds of years to treat mental health issues. Today this dietary supplement is mainly used as an over the counter remedy for those suffering from mild depression, seasonal affective disorder, and anxiety and sleep problems.
Take one tablet, twice daily, with or without food.
