Ingredients (Slighty Vary by Flavor)
This is a really cool protein in that is made out of one of the most complete and healthy proteins that we have, the egg. It contains a lot of protein without any of the fat. This product is great to add into difference recipes that you are trying to make and include more protein. Besides that it seems that using a whey protein might be a little cheaper or just eating whole eggs themselves.
Egg protein is cool because it is a vegetarian product and it is good to use in recipes. I bought this so that I could make it in recipes without the flavoring that most whey and soy products have. It goes great in casserole or sauce, making any recipe a high protein recipe. My only complaint is the high price of the product. It costs too much for me to buy all the time, so I have to use it sparingly when I do buy it. Other than the price, this is a solid product.
This is an awesome product. I received an unflavored sample and I added it inside pasta sauce to make high protein pasta sauce. It is an awesome product and can use it in many ways such adding into bread, shakes and grinding your own peanut butter. Their is no after taste with this product. Really like it!
