I have been trying to figure out where Mancakes have been my whole life. They are the perfect go to food when i want pancakes in the morning with high protein. Usually i just grab any old pancake mix of the shelf and hit it with a scoop of the current whey protein powder im using. Mancakes has already incorporated the protein and the carbs are way lower than my personal recipe. It also has a lot of fiber which is a necessity in my diet. I also make a few other baked goods with the same mix so it is very versatile.
