Do Mass Gainers Make You Fat?

While Mass Gainers do contain a lot of calories, typically anywhere from 500 calories to as much as 1500 calories, they are designed for hard gainers ie men and women who struggle to put on weight to help them gain weight and muscle mass, or to put on size. So long as you're eating clean outside of your mass gainer and training hard in the gym you should not get fat taking a mass gainer.

Are Mass Gainers Good For Skinny Guys?

Mass Gainers can be a great tool for skinny guys to put on weight and muscle mass, especially if they have a very high metabolism or struggle to eat enough to put on the type of size they are trying to put on.

For maximum results, mix 6 scoops with 24 fl. oz. of water or milk in a shaker or blender. Take 1-2 servings daily.
