Freakin love these things! I always have them in my gym bag, car, and bag for days out etc where I'm not going to be near a good lean protein source. I thought I'd grab the variety pack to make up the free shipping on my order and try a different way of getting protein. After trying all 3 flavors (Ban, Lime & Mango), Banana is the clear winner (yes, I was surprised too!). All the shots go down pretty well and there's hardly any liquid. 22g of protein in 90 cals, you can't really get much more than that. I will buy these again for when I am out and don't want to carry around a shaker or get bloated by protein. Giving it a strong 9, 4.5 stars
