Mixes so well and tastes even better. Take it every nite before bed and really helps me reach my goals. All flavors are great and I like to mix it up.
Great late night protein that contains 100% casein protein which is a very slow absorption protein designed to carry you through your nightly fast. If you don't think you need a night protein and you want to compete or keep a good constant physique then ask me why you do need Casein. Optimal Nutrition does not use Sucralose, but instead uses Stevia as their sweetner in its Natural line of products, a huge plus for me.

I would say that this is an average product. I'm not a big fan of Optimum products, but this one is okay. I do like their casein products. Because it is slower digesting than whey, I would suggest taking it as a meal replacement or as I took it, right before bed. It's a little thicker than other proteins so it tastes better.
