"This was great for sustained energy through long grueling workouts, took about 1.5-2 hours before lifting so that the slow carbs were hitting the bloodstream right around workout time & not just sitting in my stomach making me sluggish! Taste is good and well Oaty!"
Chelsea
"This stuff has a great honey vanilla flavor and is very filling. I like to have a scoop of this mixed with some skim milk or almond milk and a frozen banana post workout. Quick protein and carbs! Oats and whey mixes well on it's own in water or milk in a shaker and isn't lumpy like some proteins. You can kind of feel a teeny bit of grit from the oatmeal but it's not nearly as bad as blending protein and oats in the blender together."
