ProLab Creatine Monohydrate 300 Grams

Creatine is one of the most widely used and most widely studied sports nutrition supplements on the market. Creatine is also a naturally occuring amino acid which is found not only in the human body, but also in meat and fish we consume. When you supplement with creatine your body converts creatine into phosphocreatine which is stored in the muscles where it's used for energy. ProLab Creatine Monohydrate is a creatine supplement which supports increased muscle growth, strength and power. Each serving of ProLab Creatine contains 5 grams of micronized creatine monohydrate for maximum absorption.

Can Teenagers Use Creatine?

For many people creatine is their entrance to the world of supplements and supplementation as high school athletes. While it is common for high school athletes and teenagers to take creatine, both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Sports Medicine are in agreement that teenagers should not use performance enhancing supplements including creatine.
