What Are Essential Amino Acids (EAAs)?

EAAs include Isoleucine, Leucine, Valine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Histidine, and Tryptophan. Of these 9 EAAs, three are what are considered BCAAs and play a role in muscle protein synthesis which is the process of both muscle repair as well as muscle building.

Directions
