"Hydra Shred" made by Sparta Nutrition, is a Premium Ultra Strength Lipolytic Fat Burner! This review is for the capsules, pills. 5 stars because it is so modern edge in ingredients, and I had fun! When I read the ingredients inside, I had to give it a try. I have heard people talking about the benefit of Green Coffee Bean Extract, everyone knows about caffeine for energy/fat burning, and one friend who is a hip-hop dancer swears by Guarana. Also noticed Yerba Matte, which is a very strong type of tea leaf as far as I know. I had heard of these, and besides caffeine, never tried them. I know it is a fat burner, but to me it is an obvious energy supplement. Which could be used any time you need it I feel. I did not take any other supplements the day I swallowed the pills as directed. I used it before going kayaking, which is basically a small group of buddies, and we go across Harrimon Reservior in Vermont. It is about 12 miles one way. It seems like no big deal to some but at 44 years old, and wind blowing it seems endless at times!! I tend to "hit a wall", sometimes a few "walls" in the course of the trip. I am no pro kayaker, and the group kayaks weekly in the warm weather. So I was in my truck and took the capsules as the bottle says. Nothing magical happened or anything, but, I definitely set the pace at first, which has never happened before! I shot out ahead and was in my own zone. Maybe there is an ingredient that specifically is for focus other than listed above in my review, because, what seemed hard for me, was easier and my mind was on the paddle and leaning over to "dig" in hard and fast. This has serious sports applications! No question! As far as a fat burner, it is a no brainer if you use it while being active. I was quite sore the next few days, and was much tighter looking as far as looking in the mirror. I am already steady 5-7% body fat depending on hydration levels, so I do not have much fat to lose, but if someone has fat to lose, if you took this on an active day, you would have more energy and focus, and performance is going to increase. My own advise is to take it as recommended, or to start with half the recommended amount at first. It is quite strong. I would personally not take it daily, because, I would use it more before a long, or difficult exercise session. I also think if you are overweight, your heart is already stressed, so do not take it very often at the risk of overloading your heart too much. This will keep your heart rate up, even after exercise. I personally loved having the focus and stamina for kayaking. It made it more fun for me, I guess it could be labeled as a mood enhancer that way. I was laughing and having fun. I think that is what most people do any sport for. I know if you are more of a serious type that, this will definitely make you more intense too. Please do your own research and use caution like anything else before using it. Have fun!
