This has no fillers just high quality creatine. No flavoring so mix it in with another drink or just shoot it was some water. Creatine is very effective and inexpensive. Everyone should use it. This brand has a good reputation and I am comfortable with the fact that what they claim in in their products is actually what is in it.
A quality creatine monohydrate. I got this creatine for a really good deal so i could not pass it up. 300 grams for less than 10 bucks is a no brainer. I felt it worked effectively just like many other creatines. It is a very fine powder but does not actually come with a scoop. I noticed an increase in muscle fullness and a slight boosts in muscle endurance. Not sure if made with creapure but worked fine for me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheaply priced creatine monohydrate.
I bought a can of this creatine locally in town. It was my first time trying creatine. Overall good experience. I really like that it was unflavored and Universal left all the sweeteners and additives out! Just pure mono-hydrate creatine. I usually took it post workout so that my muscles would have it for the next day. You can definitely tell there is an increase in strength and stamina. Not crazy increase but I was able to push out another set on bench and squats.
