I bought this by mistake when I meant to buy pure stevia for cooking. However it still worked quite well, with the benefit of the added fibre content. Adding it to sweeten protein pancakes was especially helpful as the fibre made them nice and fluffy (though I had to experiment with cooking times). I didn't find this worked well in baking though, as mixtures because a bit too clumpy when they sat for long (like with a long bake). Pancakes were ok because of how quickly they fry, and any extra gunk in the shaker I just added water to and drank. But, I don't think I will buy this again, as separate stevia and psyllium husk would be more versitile.
