Directions & Dosage

I don't follow the bro science and take my bcaas year round. I only take them now while I am dieting. This Breach was brand new, from Aaron Singerman, so I decided to use it this year during my diet. What I noticed: 1) Tastes great. Most BCAA supplements do. So this one fits in well. 2) Mixes great. No clumps or anything. 3) Great Recovery. The big thing I noticed is less soreness the following, morning, especially with legs. 4) Still seeing about the muscle wasting. Hoping this stops it during my diet.
