Another (mostly) worthless sup review by Michael on 7/18/2015
Having heard of ZMA's effects on testosterone levels and sleep quality I decided to try it. Go hard or go home, I bought enough to give it a good few months.
I found it worthless.
The problem with taking anecdotal reports from people who try these things is that if they only have it once, their results might be a fluke, and if they take it over a long period of time they may mistake the results of something else (eg. more focus on overall health). These anecdotal reports are unfortunately faulty tests.
Finding from my experience that it was worthless, I decided to do some research. ZMA does help to increase testosterone levels, but only in individuals who lack zinc and magnesium )the Z and the M of ZMA). Probably better to fix your diet than to run to the bottle.
I don't recommend this.*DISCLAIMER. Individual results may vary.
