While everyones so caught up o pulling some weights off the floor they forget about the tried and true pull-ups. This bar is great for hitting the back effectively and completely. A very much important staple for full back development. Also a great indirect way to add inches to your biceps. You can also utilize a wider grip and also a more narrow grip for full stimulation. Although i do not use for sit ups it has a dual purpose for abdominals also. A two in one workout tool for a great cost.
