Optimum Nutrition Platinum HydroWhey is great, taste is great, visible effectiveness is amazing. I am taking this along with the pre-workout supplement jack3d and I am only 15 years old. However, i don't give supplements good reviews easily. when I say something works, there's proof to it. Its only been a month since I started recovering from an entire summer of doing nothing and I'm already back into shape. The real reason this product works in my mind though is because Im doing the same exercises I did a year ago, with much greater results. Also, recovery after a workout is much faster. I rarely feel sore the next day.
