About the Scholarship

Best Price Nutrition is offering one student a $1,000 paid scholarship towards their academic costs for the 2014 school year. If any alumni wins this scholarship, $1,000 will be given to the school the alumni graduated from. As a bonus, the winner will also receive $250 in supplements from Empyrean Nutrition.

Application Process

Would you like to take part in the 2013 Best Price Nutrition Fitness & Health Scholarship? Just complete the following step:

• Fill out this survey which has questions related to your health and fitness goals in life. Also answer the last essay question in the survey with 750 words or less.

Punctuation, grammar, clarity and organization will be considered during the evaluation process, as well as content.

To enter, fill out the survey and submit by 11:59pm on Dec 31st, 2013. Carefully review your application before you submit it. We recommend that you print a hard copy of your application to retain for your records.

Confirmation

Applicants will receive an emailed confirmation when the electronic application is successfully submitted. Late submissions and incomplete application packages will not be considered.

No applicant will be enrolled to receive extraneous emails and/or solicitations of any sort. See our Privacy Policy

Payment of Scholarships

The Best Price Nutrition scholarship is paid to the school of the selected recipient. It will be paid in a one-time amount of $1,000.00 U.S. Dollars. Only one entry is permitted per student.

Scholarship Payment Details: All scholarships given by Best Price Nutrition are awarded annually in January. The first being in January 2014. The scholarship payout will occur in August 2014 and will be issued in one installment of $1,000.00 U.S. Dollars.

Eligibility for Payout

• Currently residing in the United States.
• All eligible participants must be a currently enrolled full-time in college or an alumni
• Student must provide the address of the college's Financial Aid Office.
• Student must provide college student identification number.
• All decisions we make are final and are not subject to appeal.
• Before the Prize will be awarded, all information submitted in the application email will be verified. If ANY false or misleading information is submitted on the official entry, the student will be disqualified without notification to the student.
• Only one entry per student.

Scholarship payout is made payable to the college and sent directly to the school's financial aid office to be placed on the student's account.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
