I did a bulk then cut. First time my legs/calves & chest were bigger after a cut so I know it works. I LOVE the Roadside Lemonade. All pre/post/intra workout BCAA's & N.O's I use are fruit flavored, so the mix tastes awesome! (My favorite post w/o mix is with gatorade) A little foamy when shaken or blended, can have a few clumps,but nothing gross. I stir it with a fork & have no problem. Best product on price anywhere for quality, micro-fractioned, cold filtered isolate. (Posted on 1/13/13)

This is very good. However, I favor the flavor of the Cappuccino instead, so I did not love this product, but it definitely has taste. I have tried another protein powder that tasted like blah, nothing. So I have to say this product, only two flavors I have tried, definitely have flavor and are quite tasty. (Posted on 7/5/12)

I use this product to give me fullfil my high protein needs due to bariatric surgery. I've tried so many products and flavors, but I am an iced tea fan and this is the one I keep returning to for the flavor and ease of use. (Posted on 4/21/12)

I had gastric bypass on 4/20/11 and have had to supplement with protein to maintain my muscle tissue. Nectar has been a great way to do this. The Lemon Ice Tea is the best of all of the Nectar line (IMHO).

I really like the Lemon Tea and Twisted Cherry Syntrax Nectar Protein. I don't really like to drink shakes so I love that this is more like crystal light with protein added. It takes some getting used to and you cannot mix it with water that is too cold or it will clump I just add ice after I mix. Also stirring works best because shaking makes it really foamy. I tend to mix mine with a little more water, I use a 28oz blender bottle and fill it at least 3/4 full. If I use less water some of the flavors get really strong. (Posted on 5/12/11)

I can't love this stuff any more! Low in calories, high in protein, and tastes great! I love the carribean cooler, peach, strawberry kiwi and cherry. DON'T try the Apple! I wanted to try a new flavor and got it, and UGH! sour, and it has an aftertaste that's like cardboard. I now drink it with my nose plugged, since I have the whole jar to use up. I have recommended it to 10 people and even given them samples to try and they're hooked too. No chalky taste at all, you'll love it. (Posted on 11/19/10)
