Is Mars Men Legit or Hype?
If you're an avid listener of podcasts or even watch Youtube, then no doubt you've heard a commercial or ad spot for Mars Men Natural Testosterone Support supplements. All your favorite podcasters and Youtubers are touting the benefits, but does Mars Men really live up to the hype? In todays post we're going to be taking a look at the formula, the dosages, and most importantly, is it legit and does it actually contain what it claims to?
In this day and age of fly by night Tiktok Supplements, supplements which we often later learn don't contain the ingredients promised on the label or don't contain the ingredients on the label at the dosages promised, it's important to buy third party tested supplements that actually contain what we're paying for. So let's get into it.
The History of Mars Men
Mars Men launched as a very new player in the supplement space back in late 2024, but despite having only been around about 18 months, they've grown incredibly fast with their direct to consumer subscription model hitting a $100 Million in revenue and over 400,00 customers before first securing outside investments in March of 2026. Previously the company was co-founded by Benjamin Smith who serves as CEO and Zach Stuck who serves as CMO.
The Formula Behind Mars Men Test Booster
So at a brief glance Mars Men actually looks like a pretty solid formula. It contains some old school test boosting ingredients like Fenegreek, hot newer test boosting ingredients like Tongkat Ali and Shilajit, and staples like Vitamin D, Vitamin K and Zinc. It even contains Boron, one of the best testosterone boosting minerals out there and an ingredient most natural test boosters neglect to put in despite its effectiveness and low cost.
The ingredients for the most part at at or above clinical dosages as well, heck there's a whopping 1,000mg dose of Tongakt Ali when a clinical dose is typically around 400mg.
What's ultimately important however is does Mars Men actually contain these ingredients, and does it contain these ingredients at the dosages the label promises, we'll get into that a bit further down, but let's dive into the ingredients and supplement facts first.

So overall Mars Men appears to be a solid formula, it contains ingredients to optimize testosterone levels, free up free testosterone, boost libido, vitality, energy and more. So the question becomes, is it third party tested and has it been confirmed by an unbiased third party it actually contains these ingredients? Well that's where things get a little murky.
Is Mars Men Third Party Tested?
Mars Men claims on their site its third party tested and even has a section which states "Tested by Light Labs in May 2026", it states 9 substances tested for quality. That may lead you to believe all 9 ingredients in Mars Men have been tested, however if you actually look at the testing certificate, it was tested for 9 ingredients but those ingredients are 2 forms of Glyphosphate, 4 Heavy Metals including Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead and Mercury, and 3 Bisphenols including A, F, and S.
So it appears it was tested to make sure it didn't contain heavy metals or chemicals, but there doesn't appear to be testing done to actually confirm Mars Men contains for example Tongkat Ali at a dosage of 1,000mg.
We reached out to Mars Men to inquire and were told "Mars Men products are indeed third party tested to ensure quality and safety. While we can confirm that third party testing is performed, we currently do not have specific reports available verifying the dosages of each ingredient as listed on the label." which leads us to believe there isn't additional third party testing.
Is Mars Men Test Booster Legit & Is It Worth The Money?
So on the surface the Mars Men formula and dosages look quite good assuming it actually contains what it claims to contain, unfortunately there doesn't appear to be third party testing to back this up.
The Amazon reviews are pretty promising, it has 284 reviews with an average of 4 stars. But how about the price? Test Boosters aren't cheap, so the price point of $69.00 comes in a bit on the high end but isn't completely unreasonable. That said there's a number of other test boosters on the market which are third party tested from more reputable and longtime names in the supplement space you'd recognize which come in $10 to $20 cheaper than Mars Men. Some of these include products such as Unbound Test, Psycho Pharma Thunderstruck, Nutrex Alpha-T Magnum and Hi-Tech Pharma's Testosterone 21.
Would I Buy Mars Men?
Again, the formula is solid, the dosages look good, and there's some positive feedback about the product however the lack of third party testing and the confusing way in which Mars Men claims their product is third party tested despite it not being tested for ingredients or potency turns me off a bit from using the product.
With other test boosters with similar formulas, at a lower price, and from more reputable brands who've been around much longer, I gotta say that's probably where I'm going to spend my money. Currently I'm taking Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Testosterone 21 but I tend to cycle between that, Alpha-T Magnum and Psycho Pharmas Thunderstruck.
