Directions & Dosage
Looking to do a complete 8 week on-cycle/off-cycle? Here the directions for each product that Blackstone Labs recommends for the Elite Fire & Ice Stack:
- Chosen 1: Take 1 capsule twice per day for the first 4 weeks. Best to take 1 capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food.
- Brutal 4ce: Take 1 capsule twice per day for the first 4 weeks. Best to take 1 capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food.
- Gear Support: Take 1 capsule twice per day for the first 4 weeks. Best to take 1 capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food.
- Eradicate: During your entire PCT, take 1 capsule three times per day in evenly divided doses. For example 1 capsule every 8 hours.
- PCT V: Take 1 capsule twice per day after your have completed your on-cycle. Best to take 1 capsule in the morning and another capsule 8-12 hours later. Can be taken with or without food. Take for 30 days post cycle.
Want to Increase the Length of Your Cycle?
Blackstone Labs says you can run the on-cycle portion for up to 8 weeks! This would require an extra bottle of Chosen 1 and Brutal 4ce to increase it to 8 weeks.
