This pre-workout supplement is for advanced users only. Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends that you take 1 scoop and mix it up in 8 to 10 ounces of cold water about 30-45 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed more than 1 scoop in 24 hours.

Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Consult with your physician prior to use if you are taking medication, including but not limited to MAOI inhibitors, aspirin, antidepressants, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or other stimulants. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Avoid alcohol while taking this product.
