The biggest thing I notice upon taking Lipo6 Black is the amount I sweat. It's decent energy and I do notice my appetite being lessened after taking it, however the most noticeable thing is how much I sweat. I've never taken a fat burner that had sweat dripping down my back like this one. If you're looking for a fat burner to take before hitting the gym or for fasted cardio this is it!
Keeps me energized with no crashes. I typically take my second pill of the day right after lunch.

Directions
