I had gastric bypass on 4/20/11 and have had to supplement with protein to maintain my muscle tissue. Nectar has been a great way to do this. The Lemon Ice Tea is the best of all of the Nectar line (IMHO).

I really like the Lemon Tea and Twisted Cherry Syntrax Nectar Protein. I don't really like to drink shakes so I love that this is more like crystal light with protein added. It takes some getting used to and you cannot mix it with water that is too cold or it will clump I just add ice after I mix. Also stirring works best because shaking makes it really foamy. I tend to mix mine with a little more water, I use a 28oz blender bottle and fill it at least 3/4 full. If I use less water some of the flavors get really strong.

It goes down smooth taste almost like orange Tang. I was satisfied with the shipping and the price so far the lowest priced I have found on line.
